PARKER Colorado: The little cow town south and east of Denver on the Smoky Hill Road has grown into a wonderful community. The town now occupies most of north eastern Douglas County. Parker strives to maintain the western flare and hosts Parker Days every summer, a great local festival.

Homes in the town include suburban tract homes as well as quite a few horse properties and many acreage can be acquired for less than $300,000. There are new homes being built all over town and which a Realtor can assist you with.

Schools are the Douglas County Public SchoolDistrict and the city is access by the local Regional Transportation District (RTD) with bus service.
